Those frequencies arent enabled, so using the stock kernel you cant go over 600mhz. Don't forget that 'default' under titans kernel isn't the nokia default kernel as overclocking is possible, it just uses nokia default freqs and voltages, over 600mhz it just locks to 60, so at 1Ghz on ideal you are giving your processor just as much power as at 600mhz nokia stock. You probably have just as much chance frying your processor using the Nokia default kernel.
