I want to add a small tip for the folks out there, who experience the same annoying thing with the ctrl + shift + i combo.

When I do it, MicroB focuses on the url bar and does not reflow!

Anyways, under settings, you can choose to disable "autofocus on address bar" - or something like that. That shows it! ...until you start your browser again.
