have had my nokia for 6 months, all great untill when trying to access email yesterday it keeps coming upwith message "enter messaging password for the first emaill adress set up on messaging"

i put password in, i know 100% its correct and the same as passwrod for email online but it wont accept it and keeps asking, any advice in what i can do?
