They are your WiFi modes.

The first one indicates "Infrastructure Mode". Used for web browsing through routers or switches.

The second one indicates "Ad hoc Mode". Used for sending and receiving data between two WiFi devices without the need for routers.
If you have a WiFi printer you would connect in "Ad hoc Mode" to send images for printing.
