Can I ask a slightly odd question about sponsorship?

Having been sponsored for Barcelona, it would seem very cheeky of me to ask again for Dublin. But I'm a mere end-user, for whom an awful lot of the conference content will go over my head, and that's an awful lot of money (and three days annual leave) just to 'be there', to keep my head around what is happening in meego.

What I was wondering was whether it is possible to apply for 'partial sponsorship' to encourage attendance, without asking the sponsors to fott the whole bill.
