Okay. I see what's going on now. Opera appears to have another menu underneath Close called Advance... here's the menu structure.

Stupid forum removes the extra space in front of the items... but if I edit the post, I can see the spaces again. Oh well.

by the way, to all you people asking for tabbed browsing... here you go... but wow, that is SO not how you do tabbed browsing. Oh well, I told you so.

Also, it could be that the options appear only when Opera is the current engine.
