The problem with with what you just wrote is that you did, in fact, try to unhitch the N900 from Nokia as an important detail. They are the manufacturer, support and system update provider you must deal with after owning one, despite his outstanding grammar, impressive literary form and magnificent outline structure. I disagree with that whole premise (not the literary one) and I made that disagreement known. Clearly you don't agree. Now we know where we both stand with regard to how important the brand name is or isn't to either of us, negative or positive either way. Yes, sir! Right away! Try this, for a change! Here's some examples I found from there: http://gadgetophilia.com/top-5-android-phones/ (Look at the LG GW620) http://blog.laptopmag.com/dr-eye-mid...-facing-camera etc...etc.. There's a few more out there too. All sorts of variations (keyboard with resistive touchscreen, no keyboard with resistive touchscreen, keyboard with capacitive touchscreen, etc.) if you just search for them. (i.e. http://www.mobiletechworld.com/2009/...ndroid-phones/) Their snarky "unlike all other" anti-resistive touchscreen remark, it seems like a nice unit. Hope that helped a bit.
