mine gets to 45-50C. then i stop whatever i'm doing and give it a couple of minutes to cool down. The temperature here is 30-35C during the day, sometime goes up to 40C. but i don't think it's a major problem cz the cpu and other components can handle high temp. Opening the keyboard and removing the back cover helps a lot to control the temp, but anything such as long phone calls, WiFi, tethering, games will cause the temp to rise especially if you OC'd the device.
