Hi all! I have a problem and a question to ask

Yesterday I have installed 2 new apps, advanced power and bootscreen. Well advanced power does not work at all and kinda messed up my n900, the app manager didnt work for hours and I couldnt delete it, also n900 started to heat for no reason, while running nothing at all. Tday app manager decided to work back again and I have uninstalled both of the apps. But n900 still stays warm and battery goes down quickly.

I guess advanced power app has changed some setting and this new setting uses cpu alot causing overheating and battery drain. I have uninstalled the app but how do I fix this ???
