I have come from an android phone and there is an excellent app called Record it which allows you to remotely set your sky plus / sky hd box to schedule record programs ... there is a web based system but this is unusable .. the record it app is excellent and very easy to use

can anyone develop a program for the n900 ??? should it be developed ??? would people use it ???
