coomac is right, becks It can be bewhildering when you come on here for the first time, but please remember that this is not a consumer forum - it is more of a technology-based community who for people who want to work to improve the device(s). Many of us find it difficult to find our way through the pages of 'Trolling' to get to the nuggets of info we need to improve our experience. There are other sites for Nokia customers to complain on. Negative experience is valid here, e.g. "I can't make my N900 do this - can anyone help?" but complaining for complaining's sake will stirr up a hornet's nest, so take care!
