same unresponsive touchscreen troubled me. i did everything i could. uninstalled all doubtful applications, restore to factory setting twice. It all end up in vain. At last i just removed the protective screen and Bingo !! everything is fine afterwards. i just love this device so much that i just don't see any other alternative that can surpass it in terms of my priorities.
