I think it's possible, if you do "insert mark" from the track menu when you want to trigger a navigation alert (and if you use the same sentences that google router uses "Turn right", "Turn left" you might even be able to hear the vocal announcement) but I'm not sure why you want to do so.
Isn't it easier if you get the route while you are online, and save it for later?
