Where did they came for?
/sys has been there since day one. It's a virtual filesystem providing hooks directly into kernel/module parameters.

I'm pretty sure /syspart has been there all along, though I don't know what that's for (it's not a standard Linux directory).

/initrd has also been there all along - it's created by the base-files post-install script.

/srv is also created by the base-files post-install script.
