From 600 to 800, that's expected.

Most of GUI transition effects are GPU accelerated and overclocking does not improve it really. But that extra 200Mhz should make the N900 slightly more responsive overall. Also, apps such as game emulators, My Paint etc should be faster. It's more apparent if you go to 1GHz.
