I called their customer service and talked to this rep in India and asked if they could refund me the price difference since it has only been a couple of weeks. He told me that the price difference of $77.99 will be credited to my credit card in 3-5 business days. No questions asked. I love Amazon.com
I just got my N800 ($359.99 from Amazon, via TigerDirect). Did yours come through a third party like Tiger Direct, or was it direct from Amazon itself? I'm not sure if it's even worth asking for a refund of the difference, since it was via a third party... anybody got any idea there?

Edit: I just called and sure enough, they cannot refund the difference because it was through TigerDirect... boy, talk about a good lesson learned. If you buy through Amazon, make sure it's actually sold by Amazon itself, and not some third party. :-(
