I just noticed that font gets changed more areas if you switch your theme to something else and then back to what it was after you have ran the font changer tool.

So even reboot doesn't refresh all theme elements. I need to investigate what actually happens when you change theme with the built in theme selection app. Too bad that there's plenty of code to read through @ hildon-desktop's source...
