Well I have used Nokia's in the past and they are pretty good, but I have found devices HTC and Samsung to be just as good if not better in some ways. There are cellphone manufacturers that I avoid at all cost such as Motorola, Apple, Palm, HP, and Research in Motion. As for design build quality I have found that HTC devices are very well designed and built really well. I had a Motorola Razr v3 and its call quality was absolute crap. I also avoid Motorola's because they crap on every phone they make (phones which aren't very good to begin with).
