Oh come on.... The n900 GPS is worthless if you do not have an active internet connection. Just put it next to any commercial GPS and compare. You're lucky if the n900 gets any fix at all. Before I had a data plan, I remember that in perfect conditions it would work in about 5 minutes, in a city, I never had the patience to wait (say 15+ minutes).
