Because you've never needed parts for your N800/N810, nobody else ever will and so that experience is mooted? Is that really your argument for how hard and terrible it is to get parts and service? :P

Labeling a fair criticism as FUD doesn't invalidate it, despite whether that's what you want it to be. If enough people are experiencing it, it's increasingly likely to be an issue that should be given attention instead of waving it away as inconsequential FUD. Rather than dismiss the question by claiming that a situation of repair is inconceivable, why not answer the question to help clear up the FUD: Is Nokia's service, repair and support better than their competition? Would you rely on it if you were a business or a user that depends on their devices?

Basically.. is it FUD.. or is it genuine? When someone DOES have problems, will they be better served by Nokia?
