N8 and N9 are very different beasts aimed at different market segments one will not be dalayed months for the other.
Nokia currently don't have a 2010 flagship and its been quoted many times by Nokians N8 is not the flagship.
so I'd say its odds on that in 12 days time that flagship will be revealed.
N95 8GB/n95was once nokias flagships but it did not stop them releasing there high end camera device(N82) at same time
