On the ps3, there should be a new option, under Game called: Install Packages.

Put on a USB and plug it in to the PS3 now. An option will show to install it. Do so.
Launch the Backup Manager. Preferably with a game inside your PS3

please clarify this, after succes see install package under Games, then you download Backup Manager from here http://www.pandawillforum.com/redire...&goto=lastpost
then put it on any USB hard driver and put it on the root folder not under any subfolder or anything right? then plug that USB HDD in then PS3 will recognize the USB HD and then install the backup manager, then once it installed you can unplug the USB HD and start to back up or play from backup, but the N900 must constantly plugin all time ?

and btw what is up with NTFS that i saw you guys were talking about ?
