Simple feature request: After listening to podcasts I want to delete them.

The simplest way would be to add 2 choices to the menu that results from a long press of a playlist entry:
...Add to now playing
...Set as ringing tone
...Remove Playlist entry {edits .m3u leaving file}
...Remove File from device {deletes file and removes playlist entry}

Should be simple, right??
