well yeah, obviously you should try a different voltage. it's probably too low if it's rebooting that quickly. but, sometimes it can be that it was too high as well. I have lots of RAM that I almost RMA'd before realizing it is actually 100% stable at a lower voltage than advertised, but doesn't work as labeled.
