It is highly unlikely that you can, as the Samsung devices don't use OMAP chips. While they are definitely similar, they are not the same and as a result some chip-specific bits will probably not work.
You can always look for an appropriate cross compiler for the kernel, and build the open source image yourself. Getting MeeGo running on a similar device should be easier than a new one, but the existing stuff probably won't work.
