okay, I try to answer the questions (I'm not working at neofonie, or WeTab GmbH).
First here I'm showing how fast the WeTab is booting (thanks to MeeGo, with Ubuntu this was not possilble)

Then the questions:

Yes, it uses an Atom (which is the x86 platform) but no dual core. The hardware is already finished, and there will be no changes to another CPU or similar. The hardware is built by Pegatron.

No, as this is no Nokia device. However you'll be able to install Android, Adobe Air and normal MeeGo apps. Also there will be the Intel AppUp Store afaik.
