i remind how to put wlan0 in monitor mode without airmon-ng:
ifconfig wlan0 down
iwconfig wlan0 mode monitor
ifconfig wlan0 up

and to get it back to normal:
ifconfig wlan0 down
iwconfig wlan0 mode managed
ifconfig wlan0 up
