Symbian 4 is. Symbian 3 (which I think is what the N8 runs will not).

It's not the OS that's QT compatible (well maemo isn't, and I don't think Symbian is). But they have QT compatibility thus compatible apps can be brought from platform to platform.

Theoretically if they could get into Android and iPhone (with Apple's loosening restrictions) a developer could make an app in QT and output it for everything. =P

(a guy can dream huh?)
