Then i had installed the nitdroid using the auto installer package and slept .. waking up in the morning, I found out that the Nitdroid had successfully been installed and running.. but latter i found out that the overclocking is no longer available on Maemo .. I cant use the commands to overclock neither finds a way to reinstall the custom kernel using the "deinstall kernel" package and following this thread

Although I had tried to manually deinstall the kernel and reinstalling it, but its not working now... Can nybody help me on this..

Having this same problem, i updated power kernel through app manager to version 40 i believe, and now i cannot use any kernel commands in x terminal i get the following message
This kernel version 2.6.28-omap1 is not supported, please make sure kernel power is installed and running.

Tried the reinstall command it gives, but it fails, have tried deinstalling the kernel and reinstalling but still doesnt work

Anyone else had this problem and solved it?
