I wish I could have 2d and 3d acceleration working. I'd even settle with just 2d, or any kind of video acceleration. I understand it may take a while, but that is what I look forward too most.

Edit: I guess that is not related to the CPU (Or if someone knows better, is it?). But what I wish that is related to the cpu, is some way to overclock, and if possible, undervolt.
