hello all.

i am experiencing a few very odd phone problems maybe someone can help with.

a lot of the times when i make a phone call the screen doesnt go off. this usually is fixed by resetting the phone (on/off)...

my main most annoying problem is this: for the life of me i dont remember what program i installed that may have caused this but when a call comes in the phone lights up and sits at the home screen then after like 10 or so seconds it rings. it just stalls then rings.

anybody know of a way to reset the phone (not the basic reset in settings -- thats useless)
i'd love to reinstall the firmware perhaps and get it really fresh again?
