I installed the 3.01 version, and it works, including the license page during install.
The UI is generally nice and very responsive, but it can indeed be hard to see if it's reacting to input.
There is no history button, and I couldn't see how to get out of the RSS reader.
I don't think it saves the browsing history actually.

Performance varies, it's very impressive in some areas, notably zooming and rotating (sensitivity seems ok to me by the way), but scrolling can be very jerky, at least it was in the limited tests I did so far. Probably due to flash (but at least it has the option)

I really miss an 'open in new tab', or even better, an 'open in new background tab' option. (using a long-press menu, or a modifier key even)
An option to reflow text (like the Android Browser, or Opera Mobile) would be nice as well.
