You're entire post is responded to in this statement. Here is not the place for Nokia or Maemo complaints to be heard by Nokia. I don't know how many times that has to be repeated before people stop trying to use it as an excuse. Yes, there are couple of Nokia employees that happen to frequent these forums - so tell me: Are all the standard, regular, employees of your company able to make whimsical changes any time they want that affect the whole company? Is your company so uberly awesome that your employees can tell your managers to stuff it and die in a fire and that's ok?

No? Alright then. What makes you think anyone that comes here, Nokia or not, can do a damn thing about your problem?

So no.. THIS is not the place for your hatred of your device or your company because you feel they've failed you. That is at Conversations.. and guess what? If they ignore you? Too damn bad. You get to continue feeling like they screwed you.. there is nothing we can do about it. Period. Why drag all of us down with you because you feel screwed? What purpose is there in that??

(expand my "You's" to be universal. Anyone that finds themselves complaining about Nokia every single day, or multiple times a day, in multiple threads - Those questions are for you.)

Hence the qualifier. You are one of the few I see constantly bringing it up (or responding to threads regarding it). There is at least one other, but there aren't many that I see constantly talking about it.

I am, mostly, a part of you guys. I hate the decisions Nokia has made regarding the N900. I hate the fact that we won't be getting an official upgrade or an official support for users to get MeeGo on the N900. I do feel as if Nokia dumped the N900 just a few short months after it was released, and PR1.2 and 1.3 are more just band-aids for a futureless device (in Nokia's eyes).

Yes, I feel this way. No, that's not likely to change (even though many argue that Nokia still see's a future for the N900, I disagree. They may be right, but we've seen nothing in a public statement that shows otherwise.)

The difference is.. I'm not in every single thread made by every single fanboy and troll regurgitating that fact. To be honest, I hated the way the OP of this thread phrased his objections. I hated the way the OP's in all three of the example posts started their threads too. I find all four to be utter wastes (with the exception of maybe the resigning thread..). I don't even think I've responded at all to any of the other 3 in the OP's examples..

When I come to T.M.O the majority of my time is spent in threads where people ask questions for help, in software threads, in the MeeGo Screenshots or new MeeGo information threads, etc. I click on these threads just to clear them out of my New Posts screen and most of the time never even bother reading them. What's the point?

Granted, I can't keep it up forever, obviously, so this utterly useless thread just happens to be the one that got me involved this month.

I have certainly posted inside many of these nonsense threads, I have certainly gone on very long tirades with my opinions both against these threads and against Nokia. But the point is I don't find myself doing it every day.

I am quite sure (and maybe it's just an appearance thing) that I see your name almost every time I decide to skip a thread. Usually, If I see Texrat, You, Stskeeps, gerbick, geneven, Kathy and a large list of others (sorry, I can't really list everyone..) - I stop and read what you have to say.

Unfortunately, some of you are getting to the point that I'm starting to skip your posts too.. because it's the same crap every day. This is on both sides.. praises for and against Nokia.

It saddens me that that is happening. And that is why today, a not very good day at work, I decided to once again speak up. But I will once again go back to the shadows in this topic, and once again continue to contribute in other threads... and sometime next month when nothing has changed and you're all still arguing about the same god damned thing.. I'll get fed up and make another, useless, post.
