Oh, that. I don't know how to disable that on Android. But if that is the only thing, and if it works in a secure manner, then that isn't a backdoor which provides root access.

Now maybe there is a clean build of Android that has absolutely no links to Google code but even if there is, it's doubtful that most users would even check or flash it.
What do you mean with 'Google code'? There are Android firmware available without proprietary Google software. Some of the open source code written in Android is written by Google, but that is not something evil.
