hmm why i chose 125 dunno maybe because i dont see any big diff between 125 250 or 500 try it for yourself try changing limits what suits you best.

the only reason i put it on 1000 max freq because theres no proof yet somebody fried their cpu's its more likely youll fry your battery first.

starving profile i get that never ending refresh when browsing and tried lv for some reason my videos wont play so i went to xlv no problems since then.
