Thanks both. I realise that I'm offering something different from those candidates who have already got informed opinions on most issues. My concern is that the model in the last election, as in this one, is for candidates to state those opinions and people to vote for the person they agree with.

That's kind of hard for a candidate whose opinion is yet-to-be-formed, having to speak up and say "I don't know - tell me what you as community want me to work for".
