Samsung includes AllShare as part of its application suite for the Galaxy S and the Galaxy Tab, in fact it's a major selling feature. I'm not sure if AllShare is a DMS or a DMC, but I would guess it would be the latter. Needless to say, that DLNA is an extremely powerful feature and a welcome bonus to an already stunning device.
Man you really have researched this and thnks to the treasute trove of info from you on the Tab. It does seem increasingly attractive to me - albeit as a wifi only option. I would love the scenario you just painted.
But then again most companies seem to not provide all power features in one package and thus try upselling the next iteration of devices ( reminds me of the fruit company). Hope Samsung really makes this a super device interms of completeness of features.

But Samsung should give a free Tab just for being a most enthusiastic spokesman :-)
