Here's a great how-to video on Samsung.com which shows AllShare (Samsung's DLNA implementation) in action on the ATT Fascinate (Galaxy S):

It's really a seamless experience and quite simple to use! Not only is the content coming from the phone, but the phone can play/pause/seek in the media and the resulting video/audio is output to the TV! This ads a great deal of out-of-the-box value to the Galaxy Tab. The Tab now acts as a very user friendly remote streaming system! Wow!
It remains to be seen if you can use AllShare on the S/Tab to (for example) stream content from a media server to a TV, in other words, it remains to be seen if the S/Tab can act as a coordinator.
Still, this is a wonderful feature, and a welcome bonus that I hadn't considered.
