Excuse me but WTF? Do you really think that your device is working properly? Why the h-e-l-l you havenīt taken it back to shop and claimed warranty. Also worth of testing is to change sim card to new. These were just wiiiiild ideas that came up to my mind after reading first sentences of your post.
