No, here is a example:

COM_LOCK = 'Lock'

If some message is: 'The Lock of my door is broken', SMSCON is not trigged.

Even 'LockLock' or ' Lock' or 'Lock ' (spaces!) doesn't trigger it.

Only with message: 'Lock'.
