I got that problem too. Problem is some application is using the kernel dependencies. Try uninstall all the applications that you've installed after the OC is done then uninstall it again.

All I know there are about 3 applications that using it. HealthCheck may be one of it, actually any applications that dealt with Kernel, get rid of them first before trying deinstallation of PK.
