Do the rice trick, but keep it at least 5-6 days. Do not turn it on. I kept it dissasembled in rice for 48 hours and when I turned it on it had water stains on the screen and I thought it was dirt. But after a week the stains dried of on their own and the screen started to turn of on it's own.
