Quite easily, honestly. They're selling Android phones with 2.1, right? It doesn't support Flash 10.1 either. The selling of the phones with Flash 9.x is commonplace. It's the update that's actually quote "odd" - not many phones received Flash updates in the past. To be honest, MicroB delivers the "best internet experience"... it reacts just like I would expect a desktop to react to websites, et al. Or... we'll get Flash 10.1 on the N900 if some enterprising soul backports it. All of this talk about what Adobe "charges" is unverified.
