hmm very bizarre the whole thing.
some ****ing process is killing your phone.
did you installed a app before that **** happens?
hmm i had such problems too but only for one hour.
maybe this can help:
xterm and type
root
apt-get autoclean and after this
apt-get autoremove
that cleans some trash from your phone away.
