Heh people of course speak to phones but to say "commands" or names to phones would make me at least *** in eyes of most people IMO. It's true that pretty rarely people speak to phones when in public transport and IIRC we have had campaigns (Tampere) where people are told to speak quietly or not at all when in public transport.
