there are a few ways, you can use transition control app to tweak the default transitions, or use black plastic theme pack which contains an option for changing transitions, theme customiser has or will have soon this option i believe, or you can just find a transition.ini, there are a few around here, just use the search, and place it in /usr/share/hildon desktop or /usr/share/themes/your current theme
