There's no problems (as such).
The first screenshot indicates that some library packages aren't automatically updated (as nothing depends on the newer version) - you can manually update them by doing (for example) "apt-get install pyside-qt4-gui" (note that the libsdl-mixer1.2 and perl-base packages are not compatible with the PR1.2 firmware, so don't try to upgrade those).
The second screenshot indicates that the Mozilla repository doesn't have a GPG key. This just means that the package signatures cannot be verified. There's a minor security risk (though no worse than if the packages weren't signed, in which case you wouldn't even get the error) but it doesn't stop anything from actually working.
