I appreciate the plain language explanation. Knowing this info makes it easier (but not much=) to wait till (is it mid?) November for my new OS.

The more I've thought about this today, the more I like it. I'm likely not going to get the N810 (I really don't need the keyboard) but the new OS and lots more apps will make my 'old' N800 'new' again and, it would appear, at no cost to me! That's cool!
