When you can code it, you can get an app for it.

hawaii, the funny thing is most people do want an app to replace image files. I mean, at the end of the day, that's why we have the theme customizer app (changes around font files), transition control apps/settings options to save people fiddling through the transitions.ini, ApMeFo to edit the .menu files for subfolders, etc. People are lazy and don't want to learn - a GUI makes them not have to do that thinking and learning thing that's so unpleasant.

To be fair, IF we had an app that did face recognition from photo, cut everything else out and replaced it with transparent pixels, shrunk it to the smaller size and stuck it in for you - yeah, that would make life easier. But honestly, if you're writing a face recognition capable program, you might as well start implementing a 'face scan' feature to unlock the phone, sliders and numerical code be damned.
