Hello. I tried installing FMRadio and other software from this site (downloads place) through n900 microB browser but kept getting errors (i think could be problem to do with wifi proxy).

So another way, searched this site and found can install using xterminal by typing commands so read about xterminal and used commands to install fmradio deb file with option to ignore dependance. Went ok but I know as you community already knows program won't work without python files and scripts (read from dependance information and manual install direction on wiki page). Downloaded python files and try to install them with application manager and get error (from manager log) like this:

Package must have "Section: user/FOO" to be considered compatible.

I follow advice and use only safe deb files from community and repository. Would like to learn xterminal if am new user because it is like using word to type, but here it is doing the thing that is typed so very nice feeling like James Bond.

Updated to pr1.2 using wiki (very nice instructiuons and telling so users know version on my n900).

Installed fmradio using xterminal on manual style with deb dowlaods from freemantel extra (browse option) repository.

Need help if anyone can tell me right version of dependacnes for pr1.2 maemo5 i need. Can see in under fmradio problems, in application manager:

need n900-fmrx-enabler (>=1.5),
python2.5,
python-gtk2,
python-gobject,
python-osso,
python-hildon,
python-gconf,
python-dbus and
python-gst0.10.

Please tell me about manual method files since internet bit of problem currently on n900. I know installing through web on n900 it says it will install dependances too but I tried it on uni wifi but errors and dataplan expensive for prepay user so need to get a cheap postpay plan thats why using and asking about manual method in time been.
